Refund policy

Returns or refunds are only available for products delivered damaged during delivery. Kindly, record a video during the unboxing of the order otherwise we will not be able to help you. 

If you feel something is wrong contact us within 7 days after the date of delivery of your order. Just drop us an email at streamingsoulmate@gmail.com or send us a WhatsApp at 8368512049 - we will get back to you very quickly. Our team will try to provide a solution within 2 days of your email.

Once an order is placed - we usually send it to packing immediately and try to dispatch it within 24-48 hours. In case it hasn’t been sent out to dispatching - we will cancel your order free of cost. Otherwise cancellation can not happen.
